Description:
 IEEE 1394 connectors, the device as firewire connectors, are used to connect FireWire devices such as host controllers, adapters, video card and hubs. 1394b has Bilingula and Beta types.
Features:
 100% test proven in accordance with following IEEE 1394 standard

  • The 6 contacts I/O connectors are available in both plug and receptacle.
  • Receptacles are offered with high temperature plastic for true SMT processing.
  • Full metal shield which protect receptacles from ESD.
  • Rugged gold plated terminal withstand up to 1,500 mating cycles with less 30m ohm.

  • Mating cycles: minimum 1,500 cycles.
  • Contact Resistance: Less than 30m Ohms per contact pair after 1,500 mating cycles.
  • Discontinuity: No discontinuity at 1 micro-second during 3-axis vibration (peak30G; Random vibration).
  • Withstanding Voltage: 500VAC +/- 50VAC minimum.
  • Insulation Resistance: Greater than 100M ohms.
  • Electrostatic Discharge: No evidence of discharge to any of the 6 position.
